Un ginebra gin mineral, franco, ligeramente especiado y cierto nivel de contención muy interesante. Muy buen paso en boca con amplitud pero siempre llevado por una acidez nerviosa. Bien integrado, alguna ligera nota de amargor final que asumo se integrará con el tiempo, pero en general una grata compra.

No es fácil encontrar un ginebra gin de alta calidad a un precio razonable, sin embargo, este es un hallazgo. Pruébalo ligeramente frío, aprecia la nariz y el color intenso. ¡El único problema que tengo con es que es demasiado fácil de beber!.

Excelente área, excelente añada, un gran barolo para poner en la bodega cuando todavía podemos encontrar y que será suntuoso en 10 años cuando los taninos se asentarán.
