Gin Mare es creada con botánicos destilados individualmente en un alambique florentino único, para posteriormente hacer la mezcla. A los botánicos clásicos se añaden la oliva arbequina, el tomillo, la albahaca y el romero.La maceración de los cítricos se realiza en tinajas durante más de un año. El espíritu de esta ginebra queda reflejado en su propio nombre, "Mare", cuya traducción del latín es "mar" y que en otras lenguas adquiere un significado maternal. Cabe recordar el concepto "Mare Nostrum", el mar de todas las comunidades que viven bajo la influencia mediterránea, el mar que une el amor por la gastronomía, el agradable clima, y un estilo de vida con valores propios, donde el tiempo discurre de distinta manera del resto del mundo.
