Español [ ES ]Bonanto es un nuevo concepto de aperitivo que nace de la unión del sommelier Sergi Figueras y los mixólogos Javier Caballero y Marc Álvarez. Se elabora con una base de más de 30 hierbas y raíces mediterráneas entre las que destacan el ajenjo, el laurel, la albahaca y el tomillo, y con cítricos seleccionados, destilado de cereza, manzana, vino blanco de macabeo, alcohol de cereales y azúcar. El proceso de elaboración que se sigue es similar al del vermut o el vino aromatizado y el resultado es un aperitivo con intensidad y frescura en nariz con aromas de bosque mediterráneo y toques picantes que recuerdan al jengibre. En boca tiene un fondo afrutado con toques de cítricos maduros que acaban en un frescor intenso con notas ligeramente especiadas, picantes y afrutadas. Para tomarlo con hielo, tónica o cava, o en tu cóctel de aperitivo preferido.
