La grignolino es interpretada de diferentes maneras por la bodega de Accornero, que juega con los diferentes periodos de crianza y la variedad de contenedores para destacar así su gran versatilidad. De increíble relación calidad-precio, Bricco del Bosco se presenta de un hermoso color rubí y una nariz aromática y perfumada. En boca se muestra ligeramente tánico, fresco y con una muy elegante finura. Desde 1980 Bricco del Bosco permite apreciar como pocos el perfil de la grignolino gracias a su composición monovarietal y a una elaboración llevada a cabo en tanques de acero para preservar toda su fragancia.
