Fruto del esfuerzo y el trabajo de Cantine del Notaio en esta extraordinaria denominación, y bajo la dirección del profesor Luigi Moio, Atto representa la quintaesencia del vino de montaña. Un gran tinto límpido y placentero, caracterizado por una excepcional frescura y una decidida mineralidad. Para su elaboración, tras una vendimia rigurosamente manual y selectiva, se sigue una breve maceración que conservará en el vino todo el tanino y frescura de la aglianico. La crianza del vino se lleva a cabo en la espectacular bodega subterránea excavada en los suelos volcánicos del lugar. Tras un mínimo de 12 meses en barricas usadas de roble francés, Atto saldrá al mercado como un vino joven y proporcionado, pero también rico, completo y, a pesar de su juventud, con un perfil bien domado de la agreste aglianico. De un hermoso e intenso color rubí que nos habla de su juventud y su potencial, Atto se presenta en nariz con una rica gama de aromas, desde cereza a violetas, desde grafito a notas especiadas. La agradable acidez y la suavidad de sus taninos le proporcionan una sorprendente persistencia con recuerdos a fruta fresca y flores del campo.
