Español [ ES ]Un buen vino y un vino especial, 100% bobal. Intensidad, densidad, madurez, calidez, frescor y finura son los primeros rasgos que trazan el perfil de este vino de calidad. Su color en copa es precioso, picota vivo con una lágrima densa que desciende lentamente. En nariz, unas notas lácticas dan sensación de cremosidad y una fragancia de plantas aromáticas, notas balsámicas y mentolados realzan su frescor y confirman su complejidad. Es un vino redondo, que sigue ofreciendo más y más con el tiempo en copa, un vino completo. Bodega Mustiguillo, con Toni Sarrión al frente, demuestra con este vino que con bobal también pueden elaborarse buenos y grandes vinos. Lo demuestran con Finca Terrerazo y, por si a alguien la cabe alguna duda, con su Quincha Corral, al alcance de unos pocos, no tanto por su precio como por las escasas botellas que llegan al mercado. La rusticidad con la que suele asociarse esta variedad autóctona de la zona de Utiel (Valencia) se convierte aquí en elegancia: fruta negra madura (moras), aromas silvestres (brezo, tomillo), notas balsámicas, minerales y ahumadas (incienso, tabaco). Finca Terrerazo es además suave y cremoso en boca, fresco, agradable, con sensaciones minerales, maduro, frutal. Su textura aterciopelada es una golosina en boca y su potencia se manifiesta de forma elegante. En definitiva, el vino a elegir si hay que convencer a alguien del potencial de la bobal, un buen vino del que disfrutar sin duda. Fermentación maloláctica en barrica. Envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés.
