Español [ ES ]Bodegas Mustiguillo es el fruto de la pasión, instinto y curiosidad de Toni Sarrión, un joven requenense licenciado, que un buen día cogió la 'enfermedad', y abandonó lo que estaba haciendo para dedicarse al vino. Fruto de su esfuerzo, ha conseguido elevar la variedad Bobal a la máxima expresión. Su viñedo antes calificado de vino de mesa por no querer estar en la D.O. Utiel Requena, ya tiene indicación geográfica propia. Quincha Corral es un monovarietal de Bobal (100%) y ha conseguido la potencia y sutileza características de los grandes vinos. Un vino complejo y concentrado a la vez que elegante, que respeta y ensalza las cualidades de esta uva y nos ofrece un peculiar paladar con una gran expresividad corpórea. La Bobal en su máxima expresión. Se recomienda una fuerte aireación unas 4 o 5 horas antes del consumo. Envejecido durante 22 meses en barricas de roble francés.
