Con más de un siglo de antigüedad, Ocone es uno de los nombres más ligados a la tradición vinícola de Benevento. La bodega, que sigue los preceptos de la vitivinicultura ecológica desde hace ya algunas décadas, ha trabajado siempre conforme a sus propias reglas con el objetivo de ofrecer unos vinos sinceros y de calidad, expresivos, mediterráneos y más allá de las modas pasajeras. La bodega cuenta con un amplio catálogo de vinos y Ocone Apollo Aglianico, a pesar de una cuidada elaboración (fermentado en cubas verticales de madera, madurado en depósitos de acero durante un año, envejecido en barricas de roble durante nueve meses y reposado en botella 9 meses más), pertenece a la línea clásica en la que se incluyen los vinos más asequibles de la bodega. En copa se muestra de color rubí claro y con ribete granate. En nariz, delicado y ligero, emana aromas de rosas, fresas silvestres, pimienta, anís y madera de cedro. En boca, su suavidad, mineralidad y frescura lo hacen ideal para acompañar una gran variedad de platos.
