Elaborado con levaduras autóctonas y una fermentación y crianza en barricas de roble francés durante 10 meses, dota al vino de un aire fresco, cerezas rojas, flores, fresas, balsámicos como el laurel, en boca también fresco, suave, pero con ese toque rústico tan característico de la variedad. Salen a la venta unicamente 1560 botellas. Envejecido y fermentado 10 meses en barricas de roble francés.
