Dewazakura fue pionera en vender el fragante sake Ginjo en los años 80, empezando así, una revolución en el mundo del sake de calidad que ha conquistado el mundo entero. Se esfuerzan en conseguir la máxima calidad posible adoptando las últimas técnicas usando nuevas levaduras y variedades de arroz. La nota limpia de arroz, de pureza se nota, incluso su acento mediterráneo, con el adjetivo anisado, jugo de espárrago blanco y de pera de agua y piña en almíbar vistiendo el conjunto. Elegante y armonioso. Graso y seco, ligero y con cierto cuerpo. Deja un final de algodón. Ideal para toda la gastronomía japonesa pero también apto con marisco, pescado a la plancha o al horno y platos de carácter gustativo suave. Temperatura recomendada de servicio 8ºC.
