Español [ ES ]Presentación especial en botella de cerámica o tokkuri como se conoce en japonés la típica botella para servir el sake. Producido en Kioto, elaborado con arroz Yamadanishiki y de graduación una alcohólica del 14,6%. Este sake utiliza agua natural filtrada procedente del río Kinokawa y una original levadura llamada «Rashomon Kobo». Color muy claro con ligeras notas amarillentas. Aroma moderado de arroz pesado, rico en almidor. El sabor es dulce con notas de cítricos. Seco y de larga duración. Cuerpo medio, textura aceitosa de agua, suave carbonización. Final con ligeras sensaciones de alcohol. Ideal para toda la gastronomía japonesa pero también apto con marisco, pescado a la plancha o al horno y platos de carácter gustativo suave. Guardar en un lugar fresco y oscuro. Se puede tomar a temperatura ambiente, con hielo, y calentado al baño maría a una temperatura de 40ºC.
