Se elaboran alrededor de 200 botellas, dependiendo de la añada. Alardea de precioso color rosado con reflejos ambarinos. En nariz despliega un abanico aromático muy extenso, que va desde la miel y las especias hasta los pétalos de rosa y la fruta blanca. En boca es denso y seco, con recuerdos de frutos secos, hierbas silvestres y frescor de albaricoque en el trasfondo. Es intensamente fresco y armonioso, pero esconde algo salvaje que sólo se descubre al descorchar una botella. La rkatsiteli es una variedad muy particular, ampliamente cultivada en Georgia, cuyas bayas tienen pequeños puntos rosados. Criado durante 9 meses en Qvevri (ánforas enterradas en tierra).
