Español [ ES ] Mythopia es una bodega fundada hace más de 10 años por Romaine y Hans-Peter Schmidt en Sion, en la comuna de Arbaz (Suiza). Después de crear un instituto de investigación sobre viticultura y biodiversidad, y aconsejar a varias bodegas de toda Europa, decidieron empezar su propio proyecto. Sus 3 hectáreas de viñedo se cultivan favoreciendo el desarrollo constante de la biodiversidad. En la bodega también siguen una filosofía de mínima intervención, sin usar sulfitos. Disobedience se elaboró con la variedad fendant –nombre que recibe la chasselas en la región– que fermentó y permaneció con sus pieles durante 12 semanas. El vino se crió durante 2 años en barricas de roble y se embotelló sin filtrar. Un vino naranja de gran complejidad y elegancia que no te dejará indiferente.
