Es un licor muy antiguo, donde es remonta desde el 1919, pero no fue popular hasta la finalización de la Segunda Guerra Mundial Actualmente forma parte del grupo Campari, aunque organolépticamente poco tienen que ver. el Aperol tiene una graduación alcohólica de 11% la mitad que un Campari, y es mucho más suave y menos amargo. La fórmula magistral del Aperol contiene Ruibarbo, Gentiana, Cinchona y naranja amarga entre otros. El coctel por excelencia es la Spritzz, internacionalmente muy conocido, sobre todo en épocas de verano, donde ayuda a minimizar el calor con su toque refrescante. Para poder realizarlo necesitaremos: - Una copa balon y / o una copa de vino estilo Burdeos. - Gel de calidad. - Vino espumoso, preferiblemente Prosecco. (3 partes) - Aperol (2 partes) - 1 parte de Soda y media luna de naranja fresca.
