Cada botella, aproximadamente 248 por barril, son etiquetadas y numeradas a mano. Las series de los números en la etiqueta negra nos cuenta cuando fue puesto el whisky en la barrica y la fecha en que fue embotellado. Con este proceso, nunca dos barricas daran como resultado Bourbons de idéntico sabor. Envejecido durante 8 años en un único barril.
