Español [ ES ]Abelha Organic Silver es una cachaça orgánica de Bahía, en el norte de Brasil, que se elabora con caña de azúcar 100% orgánica, en pequeños lotes y de manera artesanal. Ligera y afrutada en nariz, en boca tiene un gran cuerpo con el sutil dulzor de la caña de azúcar. Al final, destacan las notas de plátano y de uvas pasas. Con esta cachaça proponemos el cóctel Por do sol negro («puesta de sol» en portugués), todo un clásico perfecto para los afterworks de primavera. Para elaborarlo necesitamos 30ml de Abelha Organic Silver, 30ml de vermouth blanco, 30ml de Campari y un golpe de bitter de naranja. Añadimos hielo y los ingredientes en un vaso bajo, removemos hasta que el exterior del mismo se condense y la mezcla esté fría. Acabamos perfumando la superficie con la piel de un pomelo, que dejaremos caer en el interior.

Genial para los indecisos.
No me consideraría un fanático del cachazaen lo más mínimo. Pero es encantador (servido frío). No demasiado ligero con el cuerpo suficiente para satisfacer a un bebedor como yo.
