Español [ ES ]La colección Cask Finish Collection Islay Whisky de Dupont aúna las notas de pastelería y repostería de los Calvados y los aromas salados, minerales y de turba, que tan buena reputación han dado a las destilerías ubicadas en la isla de Islay (Escocia). Para elaborar el whisky Nº1, en primer lugar, se mezclan, se trituran y se prensan las manzanas. Después, el jugo fermenta y se realiza una doble destilación, para pasar a un envejecimiento mínimo de 4 años en barricas de roble tostado de 400 L y un acabado en barricas de 220 L de whisky escocés de Islay 6 meses más. Fino y complejo, en nariz tiene notas de manzanas al horno, almendras, mantequilla y toques tostados y salinos. En boca, es redondo y untuoso con un final salino y fresco. Una colección de edición limitada para sorprender a los amantes de los espirituosos.
