Un sidra mineral, franco, ligeramente especiado y cierto nivel de contención muy interesante. Muy buen paso en boca con amplitud pero siempre llevado por una acidez nerviosa. Bien integrado, alguna ligera nota de amargor final que asumo se integrará con el tiempo, pero en general una grata compra.
Un firme candidato a ser de mis favoritos.

Todo el mundo ya sabe que producen un montón de sidra de primera clase. Me parece un sidra muy bien elaborado. El resultado es de equilibrio exquísito, un balance casi perfecto de sutileza, fruta y cuerpo. Me parece muy buena la relación calidad/precio.
