La Pink 47 se empezó a fabricar en el año 2007, por la Old St. Andrews Limited de Londres. Los 12 botánicos que utiliza son enebro, almendra, corteza de naranja y limón, dos tipos de cilantro, raíz de casia, regalíz, nuez moscada, dos tipos de angélica y raíz de lirio. El producto final, es muy transparente, de sabor suave pese a su grado alcohólico, y algo dulzón, notándose en nariz los cítricos, el enebro y las especias. Se presenta en una curiosa botella de 70 cl, con la forma del diamante Khavaraya, de ligero tono rosado.

No es fácil encontrar un ginebra gin de alta calidad a un precio razonable, sin embargo, este es un hallazgo. Pruébalo ligeramente frío, aprecia la nariz y el color intenso. ¡El único problema que tengo con es que es demasiado fácil de beber!.
