Español [ ES ]Bluecoat American Dry Gin es una ginebra Premium obtenida por quíntuple destilación en alambiques de cobre, llevadas a cabo muy lentamente para conseguir la máxima pureza del resultado final. Todos los componentes que participan en su elaboración son de cultivo ecológico y el alcohol se consigue mediante la destilación de granos de centeno, trigo, cebada y maíz. Bluecoat es una ginebra de tipo American Dry y, como tal, al contrario que las London Dry, en las que predomina el enebro, se distingue por un complejo acabado cítrico. Su elaboración, aunque también se inicia con bayas de enebro, incorpora cáscara de naranja y ralladura de limón, junto con otros cítricos americanos que le aportan su sabor único y complejo. El resultado final es limpio, algo oleoso, con aromas a enebro, cítricos y perfumes florales. En boca resulta suave, ligera y equilibrada, ligeramente dulce, con sabores terrosos y picantes sobre un perceptible fondo de enebro. Bluecoat American Dry Gin es intensamente suave, vigorizante y compleja, perfecta para combinar en un gintonic con cítricos orgánicos y productos vegetales. Galardonada en numerosas ocasiones en certámenes internacionales como la San Francisco Spirits Competition y la Internacional Wine & Spirits Competition.
Bluecoat American Dry Gin se lanzó en 2006, en los inicios del renacimiento de la ginebra. Elaborada en Pennsylvania, pasa por cinco destilaciones en un solo alambique de cobre y todos los componentes –entre los que se encuentran el centeno, el trigo, la cebada y el maíz– son de cultivo ecológico. Suave, fresca y compleja tiene notas de madera, enebro, naranja amarga y cilantro en nariz, y en boca se notan los cítricos sin ser excesivos, con toques de enebro, angélica y un lado picante. |
