Español [ ES ]Elaborada desde 1980 en El Puerto de Santa Maria de Cádiz, por la empresa Rives Pitman, es la única ginebra 100% andaluza que se elabora de manera completamente artesanal en alambique tradicional de cobre. El proceso comprende una doble destilación obteniéndose un alcohol neutro y puro al cual se añaden las 11 especias botánicas diferentes y se procede a una tercera y definitiva destilación, de la que se utiliza sólo la parte central o corazón. El resultado, una ginebra premium de alta calidad, sabor único, fácil de beber, potente y compleja. Las 11 especias botánicas que intervienen son las siguientes: del Mediterráneo, enebro con delicados aromas de pino; de Bulgaria, coriandro con su olor penetrante; de España, las almendras dulces y amargas, la fresca piel de limón y la aromática y fresca piel de naranja amarga; de Bélgica, las semillas y raíz de angélica con sus notas mentoladas; de Filipinas, el dulzor de la casia; de China, un toque complejo de regaliz; del Este de África, intensos granos del paraíso. Y por último, proveniente de Italia, orris o polvo de raíz de lirio, muy apreciado por sus propiedades digestivas y por hacer de fijador de los aromas de la ginebra.
