La calidad de los productos producidos es hoy en dia reconocida a nivel mundial. Ginebra elaborada a partir de la destilación de manzanas verdes en Herefordshire. Calificada como la ginebra mas complicada del mundo. Captura el verdadero sabor del enebro, destacando la suavidad de las manzanas, flores de sauco y lúpulo, muestra especias al final. De entrada potente, pero de suave trago final, floral. Una ginebra muy seca. De una textura hermosa tras ser destilada cerca de 100 veces para conseguir una textura única.
