Español [ ES ]Desde Oaxaca, llega el Mezcal Verde Momento del maestro Doroteo García, elaborado con agave espadín recolectado tras alcanzar los 7 años, lo que supone una alta concentración de azúcar en la piña. Tras la molienda y la cocción con tres maderas diferentes (ocote, encino y pirul), la fermentación se lleva a cabo de forma 100% natural en tinas de pino de 7 a 30 días. El resultado es un mezcal de 43 grados perfecto para coctelería. Además, el 10% de cada botella se invierte en la siembra orgánica de agave espadín.
