Se presenta en una botella cuyas formas y dimensiones son idénticas a una esmeralda. Este aceite de la variedad Picual muestra un aroma a hierba fresca, tomatera… que nos recuerda los extensos campos de olivo de la cuenca de Guadalquivir.
Green Emerald se elabora a partir de aceitunas de variedad Picual, dando lugar a nuestro característico aceite Picual Jaén, lugar del que procede el total de nuestra cosecha. Esta edición se presenta en un envase de 500 ml, el cual representa a la esmeralda. El característico color verde picual de nuestro aceite es el resultado de un proceso de producción en el que cuidamos hasta el último detalle, con tal de garantizar las propiedades óptimas del aceite. Green Emerald se caracteriza por su sabor frutado verde hierba, a tomatera, almendra verde, alcachofa e higuera. Toda esta unión forma el sabor distinguido y exquisito que lo define, y que en boca se siente dulce, medianamente amargo y algo más picante, pero todo ello de una manera muy equilibrada. La meticulosidad de nuestra técnica nos permite cultivar el mejor aceite oliva Picual Jaén.
