Español [ ES ]Una cuidada selección basada en aceite de aceituna Arbequina, completada con aceite de picual prodecente de Navarra. El aceite de Arbequina procede de olivos de nuestra zona y extracción realizada en nuestro molino. Compuesto tanto de la extracción en frío como de una segunda extracción que realizamos a unos 30-34 grados. El aceite de picual procede de olivos de la zona de Navarra, donde el clima es muy parecido al de nuestra zona, y por lo tanto no es tan necesario el uso de fitosanitarios para la prevencion de las plagas. Con este aceite buscamos una estabilidad y equilibrio. La arbequina nos aporta frescura, y el picual nos aporta estabilidad. Éste es un aceite más suave, con el característico olor a tomate que le aporta el picual.
