La crianza del vino se lleva a cabo en la espectacular bodega subterránea excavada en los suelos volcánicos del lugar. Tras un mínimo de 12 meses en barricas usadas de roble francés, Atto saldrá al mercado como un vino joven y proporcionado, pero también rico, completo y, a pesar de su juventud, con un perfil bien domado de la agreste aglianico.
