Vigneti del Salento es una granja, fundada en 2013. La finca se encuentra en los territorios de Manduria y Sava, territorios que tienen un vínculo profundo con el Primitivo. El campo de Manduria se extiende por unos 180 kilómetros cuadrados, a 79 metros sobre el nivel del mar, con un clima mediterráneo, en el que actúa la influencia beneficiosa del mar, e importantes variaciones de temperatura entre el día y la noche. Los viñedos se extienden visiblemente sobre la amplia llanura verde, con el rojo de las tierras arcillosas, ricas en óxidos de hierro, con un excelente drenaje. Dos áreas particulares en las que se extiende Vigneto del Salento, con diferentes suelos y condiciones climáticas que favorecen la producción de vinos de diferentes almas y con una calidad que es el resultado de la atención al detalle y el cuidado prolongado en el que nada se pasa por alto.
