Madurado en fudres de entre 2 y 15 años de edad, este Fleurie tiene una hermosa nariz de arándanos rojos, fresas silvestres y ciruelas recubriendo un fondo floral, ligeramente herbáceo y de tenue recuerdo acaramelado. En boca es de cuerpo medio, con taninos finos y etéreos, y una curiosa mineralidad (sal) que lo conduce a un final encantador y muy elegante.
