Un vino de aglianico, de precio asequible pero enorme calidad, que nace del mimo y el cuidado de uno de los enólogos más respetados de Italia, Ricardo Cotarella, quien para obtener la elegancia, intensidad y equilibrio que caracterizan a Core, somete las uvas a una larga maceración de 28 días, seguida de una fermentación del mosto en depósitos de acero y el envejecimiento durante 10 meses en barricas nuevas de roble de Nevers, Allier y Tronçais. Core es tan delicioso como su nombre y etiqueta parecen sugerir, un vino para disfrutar en el paladar y sin consecuencias para el bolsillo. Un vino ligero, jovial, moderno pero representativo de su territorio, un buen compañero en la mesa y fuente de gran satisfacción.
