MURI-GRIES es más que una bodega. No solo es la coexistencia de la vida monástica y el ajetreado trabajo de bodega lo que lidera el día, sino también el trabajo en nuestras propias 35 hectáreas de viñedos en los mejores lugares de Bolzano y sus alrededores. Todo esto unió la historia hace más de un siglo. Es un trabajo muy especializado. El año 1845 marcó la entrada de los benedictinos del suizo Muri a Gries.
