Cuentan con 66 hectáreas en propiedad repartidas entre Arbois, Côtes du Jura, l'Étoile y en el mítico Château Chalon. Jocelyn Broncard es el enólogo. Domaine Rolet Arbois Trousseau es uno de sus deliciosos tintos. Se elaboró con uvas procedentes de la comuna de Montigny-les-Arsures, de viñedos expuestos principalmente al oeste y al sur. Se embotelló tras pasar más de año y medio en foudres. Un delicioso trousseau ideal acompañando carnes rojas, caza y tarta de chocolate.
