Español [ ES ]La familia Devillard, propietaria de Domaine des Perdrix, Château de Chamirey y Château de la Garenne en Bourgogne, adquirió en el año 2018 la bodega histórica del Jura Domaine Rolet. Cuentan con 66 hectáreas en propiedad repartidas entre Arbois, Côtes du Jura, l'Étoile y en el mítico Château Chalon. Jocelyn Broncard es el enólogo. Domaine Rolet Arbois Trousseau es uno de sus deliciosos tintos. Se elaboró con uvas procedentes de la comuna de Montigny-les-Arsures, de viñedos expuestos principalmente al oeste y al sur. Se embotelló tras pasar más de año y medio en foudres. Un delicioso trousseau ideal acompañando carnes rojas, caza y tarta de chocolate.
