Un sabor excepcional, delicado e intenso. Se nota el paso, pero la madera no tapa los sabores cítricos, ni la fruta por lo que resulta delicado y largo en boca. En mi opinión, se caracteriza por la sutileza en los sabores, la elegancia, la delicadeza. Es excelente para después de una comida o una cena, fácil de tomar.
