Su Sake Grand Cru es un Nigori, lo que significa que no está filtrado, y se elabora con arroz Yamada Nishiki con un pulido al 50% y agua de la Font del Coll, con una calidad especial al no contener ni hierro ni manganeso, y rica en calcio, potasio y fósforo. De aspecto lechoso, está a la altura de los mejores sakes japoneses artesanales y, aunque tiene una alta graduación alcohólica (17,5%), es suave en boca, largo, intenso y fresco.
