Español [ ES ]Los tequilas Corralejo se encuentran entre los de mayor calidad, tequilas elaborados exclusivamente con tequilana azul weber, el ágave más preciado, de plantas que crecen rodeadas de bosques de limoneros en el Estado de Guanajuato (de aquí su matiz cítrico característico), recolectadas a mano y cocidas en hornos de piedra. El tequila Corralejo reposado envejece además durante 4-6 meses en tres tipos de barricas diferentes (roble americano, encino mejicano y roble francés) para matizar su sabor y se embotella, tras ser destilado con alambiques de cobre según el método charentais, en botellas elaboradas artesanalmente, sin ningún tipo de colorante ni aditivo.
