Español [ ES ]El Tequila Don Julio Blanco es comúnmente llamado tequila "Silver", su definido sabor a agave con notas cítricas lo hacen el componente esencial para una gama de bebidas innovadoras que incluye el cóctel Margarita. También se disfruta solo o con hielo.
Don Julio Blanco es un tequila premium elaborado con agave azul Weber que crece en Los Altos de Jalisco (México) y que se embotella justo después de la destilación para mantener la frescura del agave lo máximo posible. El proceso de cocción y de destilación tradicionales brindan, además, un tequila muy suave y con un sabor dulce a agave fresco que se combina con las notas cítricas del limón, la lima y el pomelo. Proponemos el cóctel Jalisco, muy ligero y perfecto para acompañar ceviches o tacos. Para elaborarlo se necesitan 60ml de Don Julio Blanco, 30ml de zumo de lima, 6 hojas de menta, 2 rodajas de pepino, 2 cucharaditas de azúcar y una pizca de sal. En primer lugar hay que esparcir la sal de forma uniforme en un plato pequeño. Seguidamente, cortar un gajo de lima y, por la parte de la pulpa, humedecer el borde del vaso que hayamos escogido. Introducir el azúcar, el pepino, la menta, la sal y el zumo de lima en una coctelera y majar los ingredientes en un mortero, asegurándose de que la mezcla se ha disuelto. Ahora, hay que añadir Don Julio Blanco, hielo y batir la coctelera enérgicamente hasta que el exterior se condense. Añadir hielo en el vaso y verter la mezcla utilizando un colador. Para finalizar, se puede decorar con pepino, menta o lima. |
