Nordesía recupera todo el alma de las uvas de albariño y nos ofrece este fantástico y original vermut blanco elaborado con una base de vino de albariño encabezado con un finísimo aguardiente previamente macerado con plantas, raíces y flores, una amplia lista de botánicos del paisaje gallego. Nordesía Blanco es un vermut delicado, fresco, elegante, que reúne la larga tradición de Galicia en la elaboración de aguardientes, la riqueza floral de sus montañas y el toque innovador del equipo de Galician Original Drinks. Presentado, además, en una botella y etiqueta de gusto exquisito, creación de la diseñadora Marta Lojo. Especialmente ideal para el verano pero perfecto para cualquier aperitivo a lo largo del año, Nordesía Blanco les seducirá con su complejidad de aromas, notas varietales propias de la uva albariño, aromas de manzana y melocotón en almíbar, delicadas notas de piel y caramelo de naranja, fragantes mentolados, hierbas medicinales, sensaciones herbáceas de ajenjo... Un vermut fragante, complejo y atractivo, atlántico... y 100% gallego. Se infusionan las plantas aromáticas en un destilado único, durante 1 mes. Tras su coupage con el vino, permanece durante 4 meses en barricas de roble francés usadas. El proceso finaliza con un reposo en botella durante 20 días.
