Martini & Rossi es una empresa italiana que se dedica principalmente a la elaboración de bebidas alcohólicas, famosa mundialmente por sus vermuts y, entre ellos, su Martini Rosso. Actualmente la empresa, que llegó a ser una multinacional, es parte del grupo Martini-Bacardi. Además de su vermut, Martini es conocida en el mundo entero por sus patrocinios en deportes y cultura. Todo comenzó cuando Alessandro Martini, un astuto empresario italiano, y Luigi Rossi, un maestro en licores, crearon Martini & Rossi que, desde el año 1993, es parte del grupo internacional Bacardi-Martini. La empresa fue fundada en el año 1863 junto con el nacimiento del Martini Rosso, un vermut que ya tiene más de un siglo de historia. El arte que implica la mezcla de hierbas con la que se elabora el Martini se confía a unos pocos y se ha transmitido de maestro a maestro a lo largo de ocho generaciones. Desde 1994 son Giuseppe 'Beppe' Musso e Ivano Tonutti los encargados de realizar el muestreo de más de 500 hierbas durante el año para asegurar la calidad de los ingredientes. La receta es secreta y se guarda celosamente. La productora se encuentra desde sus orígenes en la Pessiones, una localidad al sudeste de Turín. El lugar fue cuidadosamente elegido por los fundadores por su proximidad con los viticultores del Piamonte y los pies de los Alpes, ricos en hierbas, además de la cercanía con los comercios de vermut de Turín y el puerto de Génova.

Con paredes que encierran más de un siglo de historia de una de las mejores bebidas del mundo, la casa se destaca por su hospitalidad para con sus visitantes.
