Español [ ES ]Cavas Martí Serdà han elaborado vinos y destilados toda su vida, y entre sus productos se encontraba ya antaño este vermut artesanal, que la bodega vuelve a comercializar ahora recuperando la receta original pero con una distintiva y alegre imagen vintage, inspirada en la cartelería de los años 50. Un vermut renovado por fuera que recoge el espíritu mediterráneo y el ritual del compartir y de la amistad que siempre acompaña a este tipo de productos, un joven "sinvergüenza" que seguro alegrarará los aperitivos de muchas terrazas, especialmente en verano. Y es que el vermut está de moda. Elaborado a partir de una base de macabeo y xarel·lo de las fincas de la bodega en el Alt Penedès, El Bandarra macera más de 50 extractos de hierbas, flores, semillas y especias naturales como la canela, jengibre, vainilla, regaliz, anís, manzanilla, romero, laurel, lúpulo, naranja amarga... Tras la maceración, el proceso finaliza con el afinamiento en barricas de roble. De color caoba con reflejos anaranjados, es denso y muy limpio. En nariz predominan sus aromas a regaliz y sus notas cítricas. Su entrada en boca es suave y dulce, con un buen equilibrio entre su dulzura y amargor que regala un postgusto amable, ligero y persistente.
