Español [ ES ]Oller del Mas es una bodega de referencia de Pla de Bages, actualmente dirigida por la 36ª generación de la familia. Además de sus vinos y su trabajo con la picapoll negra, una de las variedades autóctonas de la zona, también elabora un vermut de producción limitada. Oller del Mas Vermut se compone de un vino base, justamente de picapoll negra, ensamblado con alcohol que ha macerado con 24 hierbas diferentes, como el ajenjo, el cilantro, la quina o la melisa, la mayoría de ellas de la propia finca. Posteriormente, se cría en barrica de roble francés de 300 litros durante 6 meses. Un excelente y dulce acompañante para aperitivos.

Muy buen Vermut, se puede degustar muy bien solo. Aquí hay un Vermut extraordinario con mucha para probar.
