El método de congelación utilizado para purificar el Vodka se realiza mediante un contenedor frío, las impurezas entran en contacto con las paredes del contenedor y se congelan. El Vodka puro es lo que queda en estado líquido. Este método antiguo era utilizado en Rusia cuando el vodka se producía de forma casera y se guardaba en almacenes congelados. Stolichnaya Elit. Elite Vodka commemorates the 500 anniversary of Vodka production in Russia using a modern method of freeze distillation process that achieves high levels of purity. Elite was created with a grain of winter and three times distilled. The freezing method used to purify Vodka is made using a cold container, dirt come in contact with the walls of the container and freeze. The pure vodka is what remains in the liquid state. This ancient method was used in Russia where the vodka is produced on a home and kept in frozen storage.
Stolichnaya Elit, vodka ruso elaborado con grano de invierno y triple destilación. Para elaborarlo, se utiliza un proceso de ultra-congelación a -18º, que nace de la antigua tradición rusa de dejar el espirituoso en barricas al frío y así aumente la densidad del líquido. De este modo las impurezas se congelan y separan. El resultado es un vodka con un altísimo nivel de pureza, de aroma limpio y neutro con pinceladas a grano tostado. Su textura en boca es aterciopelada y muy ligera, con sutiles notas anisadas y cítricas. Recomendamos el más femenino de todos los cócteles, el Cosmopolitan. Necesitaremos 45ml de vodka Stolichnaya Elit, 15ml de Cointreau, 15mlde zumo de lima y 30ml de zumo de arándanos. Introduce todos los ingredientes en una coctelera, añade hielo y bate enérgicamente. Seguidamente, vierte la mezcla en una copa de cóctel muy fría. Puedes perfumar la superficie con piel de naranja y dejarla caer en su interior. |
