Español [ ES ]Lo primero que destaca de Dalmore 15 años, como toda la gamma de esta destilería escocesa es la imagen y formato de la botella, una impactante estética de una cabeza de ciervo típica de la firma que adorna cada botella de The Dalmore, mezclada con una forma de botella única hace que cualquier lanzamiento de esta destilería de la costa este destaque de las maltas únicas competidoras que pueden compartir espacio en un estante. Dalmore 15 es el segundo de una serie que se conoce como la Colección Principal, como su nombre indica, envejece 15 años. El proceso de maduración incluye la separación del whisky en tres partes iguales después de pasar unos primeros 12 años en barricas de roble americano americano ex-bourbon. Después cada tercio está destinado al envejecimiento en una madera de jerez única: a saber, Amoroso (vino abocado que procede de añadir a un vino Oloroso un pequeño porcentaje de Pedro Ximénez) , Apóstoles (palo cortado) y Matusalem oloroso durante 3 años más antes de antes de volver a estar juntos en una barrica de Jerez. Envejecido durante 12 años en barricas ex-bourbon y otros 3 años más dividiendo el whisky en partes iguales entre tres maderas de Jerez diferentes; Amoroso, Apóstoles y Matusalem oloroso.
