Español [ ES ]El joven Borja Pérez es uno de los aún escasos revolucionarios del panorama vitícola canario. A su primer proyecto Ignios se le añadieron los vinos Artífice, elaborados con viñas del noroeste de la Isla de Tenerife. Sus últimas entregas son Artífice Listán blanco Llanito Perera y Listán negro Tierra del Trigo. Dos vinos de paraje que pretenden escalar un peldaño más en la pirámide de la calidad. Llanito Perera se elabora con uvas pequeñas y concentradas de dos parcelas a 650 metros de altitud con un suelo pedregoso. Se crió durante un año en barricas usadas de 500 litros para que la madera no enmascarara la uva. Su perfume es de fruta blanca madura con intensos recuerdos de piel de limón y hierbas aromáticas. En boca tiene una textura sedosa y delicada que recorre el paladar como una caricia, con un magnífico frescor y un final persistente marcado por notas cítricas. Un buen blanco para enófilos del que apenas se han producido 820 botellas.
