Viñedos Singulares nace a través de un proyecto que presenta y difunde las variedades autóctonas y la riqueza del país, en manos de los hermanos Carlos y Luis Barrero, con gran experiencia en el mundo del vino y su comercialización.Todos los vinos de las bodegas de Viñedos Singulares seleccionan vinos y añadas de calidad entre las distintas denominaciones de origen. Los vinos de Viñedos Singulares que podemos encontrar, de momento, son:
- En el municipio de Argo, Pontevedra, bajo a la D.O. Rías Baixas en la subzona de Condado de Tea, tenemos Creciente.
- En Segovia, con D.O. Rueda, encontramos Afortunado con viñedos en vaso a unos 900 metros de altitud.
Corral del Obispo nos ofrece un vino de D.O. Bierzo con unas Mencías viejas de diferentes parcelas del municipio de Valtuille.
- También en la Rioja Alavesa, en el municipio de Laguardia encontramos Jardín Rojo.
Y por último, de momento, en D.O. Ribera del Duero, tenemos Entrelobos, un Tinto Fino del municipio de Horra en Burgos.
- El año 2013, Viñedos Singulares se fijan en la DO Montsant, y de unas pequeñas parcelas de Garnacha, nace el vino El Veïnat.
Los vinos.
Con el compromiso de cuidar la autenticidad de cada uno de ellos, en la actualidad los vinos de Viñedos Singulares se encuentran en algunos de los más reconocidos bares y restaurantes de Barcelona, en los establecimientos míticos del mercado de La Boqueria y Santa Caterina o en las mesas dónde los grandes cocineros con estrellas Michelin recomiendan maridar sus platos con los blancos y tintos que Luís y Carlos Barrero miman añada tras añada.
