Estas son las características que en apenas un decenio han convertido los vinos de la bodega Cusumano en abanderados de la enología siciliana. Los diversos terroirs dan lugar a unos vinos impecables y sinceros ya sea a partir de variedades autóctonas como internacionales, pero cultivadas con un mimo y un cuidado que roza la perfección. Tradición e innovación coinciden en esta joven bodega fuertemente arraigada a Sicilia, donde cuenta con viñedos en las zonas de Partinico, cerca de Palermo, en Pacchino y en la región del Etna. Una bodega refinada y dinámica, todo un símbolo empresarial de la isla gracias a vinos como Sàgana, un Nero d'Avola de impresionante personalidad y aromas afrutados, tostados y balsámicos. Noà es otro de los grandes éxitos de Cusumano, un coupage de nero d'Avola, merlot y cabernet sauvignon que seduce por su carácter, tanicidad y sedosidad. Con la variedad chardonnay, otro grande de la bodega: Jalé, un blanco con crianza en barrica, tropical y especiado al mismo tiempo. Con la variedad autócona insolia, Cubià, uno de los vinos más populares de Sicilia.

Terre Siciliane es el título IGT regional para Sicilia y sus islas satélite, incluidas las Islas Aelian. Esta denominación geográfica se formó en noviembre de 2011 se extiende sobre un área de 35,389 ha con una producción que supera los 1,263,300 hl. Las variedades blancas que se cultivan en esta región son Fiano, Manzoni Bianzo, Grecanico Dorato, Malvasia, Vernaccia, Pinot Bianco, Grillo y Zibibbo, entre otras. Las principales variedades de uva roja incluyen Barbera, Nocera, Petit Verdot, Frappato, Cabernet, Frappato, Syrah, Malbec, Carignano y Gaglioppo, por nombrar algunas.
Características.
