Con YRNM la bodega nos ofrece un vino de Pantelleria diferente y original. Un moscatel de Alejandría, o zibbibo, de uvas ligeramente maceradas o fermentadas en seco, procedentes de los característicos suelos volcánicos de la isla de Pantelleria y fuertemente azotadas por el viento de esta región. De color pajizo y reflejos dorados, YRNM se expresa en nariz con aromas delicados de tilo y jazmín que se combinan con notas frutales, más corpóreas, de melocotón y melón, de piña, de moras. Esta aromática se completa con los recuerdos minerales propios de este terroir y otras notas de hierbas aromáticas como el tomillo o la mejorana. En boca se revela persuasivo e intrigante. Un vino aromático, envolvente, con finura y sutileza, de agradable frescura. Suave y persistente en el paladar, con una notable estructura, se despide con un final pleno y sabroso que remite de nuevo a la mineralidad que apreciamos en nariz.
