El verdicchio, una uva difícil que prefiere zonas montañosas y bien ventiladas, ha encontrado en estas suaves colinas de la comarca de Marche un hábitat ideal que le permite expresarse en vinos blancos plenos, complejos y bien estructurados. Plenio cumple con esta descripción general y ofrece nobles aromas a frutas tropicales maduras, menta y anís. En boca se muestra envolvente, con una agradable sensación que combina potencia y suavidad. Sus aromas dulces de miel y fruta madura, las notas de almendra propias de la uva y una sabrosa mineralidad conforman un exquisito trago de final muy largo.
